Ethics and Responsibility in Our Supply Chain
As we continue to grow, we are actively working to align our supply chain practices with the highest standards of ethical sourcing, sustainability, and transparency. Each of the practices mentioned is being implemented as part of our broader operational roadmap. While this work is ongoing, our commitment to building ethical, sustainable, and transparent supply chains remains foundational to our long-term growth.
Ethical & Human
Rights Commitments
- We work only with suppliers that uphold international labor standards (ILO, SA8000, etc.)
- Third-party audits are required for all high-risk regions or labor-intensive operations.
- Commitment to no forced labor, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions
Fair Trade &
Responsible Sourcing
- We prioritize fair trade certified or equivalent suppliers where applicable
- Source materials from vendors with transparent origin tracing
- Favor smallholder or local producers in developing markets when feasible
Environmental
Sustainability
- Partners must meet minimum environmental compliance standards (e.g. ISO 14001)
- Preference for suppliers using low-carbon materials, energy-efficient manufacturing, or closed-loop systems
- Reduction in packaging waste or transition to biodegradable/compostable packaging
Circular Economy &
Material Efficiency
- Prioritize recycled or regenerative materials
- Work with partners who support product take-back, repair, or remanufacturing
- Encourage design for disassembly and reuse in production loops
Governance &
Oversight
- Annual reviews of supplier sustainability performance
- All vendors must sign and comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct
- Clear remediation protocols if a supplier is found to violate standards
